First time coming back since the new owners. What a difference. After my previous experiences with the former owner and having to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to close to two hours to see Dr. DeKoster (who is no longer there), I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen by both staff and Doctor. First of all, the wonderful woman that was at the desk named Diamond was very kind and courteous and helpful. Had to fill out the necessary paperwork and it took no time to do this. I didn't even have a chance to sit down when I was called to do the preliminary eye exams. That part was handled by one of THE NICEST, BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE people I have ever interacted...read full review
Diamond was absolutely amazing! Friendly and helpful. Everytime I go in she seems to remember me and our previous conversations. My dr is insightful and genuinely cares for my vision. He's very patient with me and making sure I understand everything. Everyone there is kind and helpful. Every visit is better than the last.
Doc is very knowledgeable and takes time to inform and educate his patients. He also mentors interns which is wonderful for them to learn not only the profession but also the human side of their work.
