Quality draws patients, making for tight schedules so they can service their patients (you and me). One time ‘clerical’ issues should not define your overall review. I would offer a better coarse would be to have mentioned it to your doctor during your visit. My suspicion is that your issue would have been resolved and you would be a current patient, Happy with your choice for Eye Care.“
