I had to get glasses and felt so overwhelmed with the process and choosing frames etc. Eduardo Lopez one of the staff members noticed that I was struggling a little. He came into my aid and helped me choose glasses, find the perfect size and shape and explained in details all the features and prices of what I will be ordering. I have never experienced this kind of experience before. So I wanted to give a huge shout out to Eduardo for his excellent customer service skills. Thank you! Will be coming back at this location and recommending it to family and friends.
Dr. Borawski and Glenn are very helpful and work with you to make sure your eyesight is great. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to have an exam or purchase glasses.
I went to get my son and my daughter new prescription glasses and I had a great experience. Customer service is the best. Glen McCrory was very energetic and he helped us by giving my son and my daughter suggestions on what they might like, and fits them more. Thanks Glen you are the best.
