I did not confirm my appointment before coming in on a Saturday morning but was able to be seen as a walk in in addition to being offered a quick class on inserting and removing my contacts as a first time user, despite it being Saturday and no classes being schedulded for Saturdays. The store manager Lee was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable alongside Dr. Jani-Konduri. Happy to be a patient here!”
