I came in to get my lenses swapped from my old frame to a new used frame. Dahlia was very kind and helpful. She was able to get it done in a timely manner. She even made adjustments to my new frame to fit me better. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Lily the op tech was wonderful. She took time to explain all the measurements she was taking, what each feature was for, and priced out multiple options.
My only frustration was the request to check in and fill out paperwork on my phone. I prefer to confirm all that info in person. Had I done so, they would have needed to issue me a refund, as the copay requested via text was incorrect. They were able to confirm my info in person after all.
