Very clean office, professional staff and Dr Cohan is so nice; beautiful selection of frames! Can’t wait to get my new eyeglasses! I had such great experience I decided to bring my whole family here! “I recently set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning, but somehow completely forgot what time the appointment was for (single parent life, am I right). Even after sending the confirmation text that my appointment was for *11:30* in the morning, I planned my whole day around being there at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was only after the assistant/receptionist couldn’t find my appointment that I looked back at the confirmation and realized my mistake. No worries, he said, and he got me seated and started right away. I want to start with Dr. Bill Brand. I had tried contact lenses decades ago and gave up because I could never find a pair that fit right. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was patient with me despite my long fingernails. Today, I brought in my own frame for new lenses, and Roy noticed the old glasses I was wearing. He gently asked if he could take a look — then, as a kind gesture, tightened them, replaced the nose pads with soft new silicone ones, and made them feel brand new. “I had never been here before. But I needed an appointment ASAP after my kitten scratched my eye accidentally. My phone call was answered on the first ring and they were able to see me immediately. (Not something I expected they’d be able to do!) The front desk, pretester, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. My prescription was sent in and filled before I had even left the building.
