I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Sullivan and it was an overall fantastic experience. I was skeptical about making the hike from Chicago to Hoffman Estates but he came highly recommended by a friend. During the initial consultation, he was transparent and informative about the surgery as a whole. For the procedure, he was clear with his instructions and gave peace of mind during a stressful surgery. The trip home was tough right after the procedure but waking up the next day having perfect eyesight was unbelievable. Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Ostoich have taken care of my family for the past 25 years. I continue to go back not only because they are good at what they do, but they listen empathetically and have a staff very focused on personalized customer service.
Dr. Shelus is everything a health care provider should be, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The support staff is prompt and competent. The facility is clean, modern and inviting. Dr. Shelus took my concerns seriously and answered all of my questions. I give this office the highest possible rating and recommendation.
