I had the most positive and effectual eye doctor experience with Lela and Dr. Merchant.
Lela, the store manager, was incredibly kind, personable. communicative, and informative. She was patient as she explained the various lens options. She ensured I got the best savings possible while also meeting my optical needs.
Dr. Merchant was patient, inquisitive, and knowledgeable. After years of discomfort with both my glasses and contacts, she offered me viable options that other providers failed to even suggest. I feel very grateful for her expertise.
