Great service while getting glasses! Answers all my question. Great selection of glasses. Love the extended warranty because I'm hard on my glasses. Manager so helpfull! Highly recommend all getting glasses from the Mundelein Optical Department!
Dr Pak is not only a great doctor, but also a great communicator. Jackie knows her stuff and is also very pleasant to work with and talk to. I don't remember the young man's name who helped me choose frames and dealt with my insurance, but he certainly didn't think he was hiding something, as has happened at other places. Very good experience!
Ulysses at the Mundelein location did an amazing job at fixing my sunglasses along with making sure they fit well. The lady who was with him today was also a huge help with insurance and very nice.
