I will only see Dr Troutman, he truely cares about his patients. He takes his time to get it right. His assistant Tina has been there a long time, she helped me find glasses I truely love. I am very indecisive and she was very patient with me. Felt happy leaving know I received the Best Care! I highly recommend you giving them a try! Donna
Currently the name of the manager is Tina. I only wished all of the retail outlets I visit had a manager as nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as she is. The same mall has Vision Works who act like their doing you a favor by taking your business.
I recently brought my prescription here. Kim the manager was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and good prices. I will definitely come back again. Got my glasses in less than a week and they were exactly what I wanted. Thank you
