Great service!I purchased a pair of glasses in the beginning of the year. I noticed one of the lenses had a scratch on them and delayed reaching out to Rosin due to my own schedule.When I finally reached out in May, they were very accommodating and fixed the problem swiftly. I was pleased with how they handled the situation, especially since I waited so long to report my issue.

Great experience with eye exam. While my eyes didn’t change much, I decided I would get a new pair of frames. I selected a type of frame I liked and the person assisting me went and picked out about a half dozen other frames that were similar. With that, I found a new set.2 weeks later, I went to pick them up and they were not the frames I had originally selected. The person I spoke to , apologized for the mistake and we were not able to find anything close to what I selected, unfortunately I didn’t remember the style.
