I felt a little rushed during the exam. Everyone nice! General appointment was fast. During the actual eye exam I felt confused on direction and what I was supposed to be seeing, or not seeing. Just needed more verbal communication.
When o arrived, a man was exiting the dr office. He was being extremely rude to the dr and reception. I spoke up in support of the company which has always been wonderful for me. Reception dealt very well with a VERY difficult situation. Much impressed!
I've tried several other vision centers over the last 15 years and Dr. Kaplan is the best at diagnosing my eye problems. Her prescriptions for corrective lenses are always right on target.
