Dr. Jacobs and all the staff are so wonderful: very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional. Waiting time is minimal. They are always so accommodating to my needs, with great empathy, compassion. I have been taken care by Dr. Jacobs and his team since 2016. I still remember that day in 2016 vividly, when my left eye failed, causing pressure reached far beyond 60+. Since the surgery with Dr. Jack Cohen, Dr. Jacobs has brought it down to acceptable numbers, and I have felt good, seen very well, with pressure around 10. Last month it was 9. ... As an ongoing patient, I've found this practice to be well run from handling appointments to exams and diagnosis of a variety of issues, from glacouma screening to cataract evaluation. Couldn't be happier.
