They are amazing and I will continue to go there and take my daughter there. I also have had several odd eye problems. From my lazy eye, to losing my eyesight completely in one eye, to Lasik eye surgery not working for me, they have been able to help me with everything! “I appreciate Dr Kubicki. I followed him from his office in McHenry where he had taken over Dr Fontana's practice. He took time with me as I am a diabetic. I chose new glasses which after insurance was nearly $500. I assumed I could pay 50% immediately and the balance when I picked up my new glasses. This has been the standard for 55 years that I have had glasses so imagine my surprise when I was told that the full amount had to be paid up front! Though I understand that Dr Kubicki now works for a corporation, I am very disappointed.“

“I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Sullivan and it was an overall fantastic experience. I was skeptical about making the hike from Chicago to Hoffman Estates but he came highly recommended by a friend. During the initial consultation, he was transparent and informative about the surgery as a whole. For the procedure, he was clear with his instructions and gave peace of mind during a stressful surgery. The trip home was tough right after the procedure but waking up the next day having perfect eyesight was unbelievable. It's a huge relief to not worry about putting in contacts or wearing glasses for the years ahead! It's been a few days after the surgery and I couldn't recommend him more!“
“Rita at the Streamwood store was very helpful, friendly and patient. I lost a pair of glasses, so I wanted to get my new prescription into an older pair of glasses( bought at Sears but they are gone). A different optical store wanted to charge me $150 for a whole new pair.They wouldn't put them in old glasses and it was only one eye that needed changing! Rita said no problem and the charge was very reasonable. I enjoyed chatting with her and was delighted at the service. I will go there for my glasses next time.“

“So far I have had all good experiences. Been three times now. At first I didn't really love how you have to do an appointment for everything including just looking around at glasses, but now I understand it is more so they can guide you through options and make sure anything tried on is sanitized. They are very patient even when you are trying on a lot and being indecisive. It ends up feeling more of a consultative experience that way. Dr. Delgadillo is my doctor and she is wonderful, warm, and has great suggestions. They have a really large variety of glasses, sunglasses, and brands and the place is nice and clean.“
“My husband and I are in the area of Lake Zurich for a few months. My husband was having difficulties seeing and we made an appointment with Dr. Blechacz. Dr. Blechacz was professional and provided a thorough exam with very updated equipment. He spent much time and my husband did not feel rushed. He helped him pick out the best frame and lens to meet his personal needs. He immediately called us when the glasses came in and scheduled a follow-up exam in a timely manner. During the followup exam, he fitted the glasses and tested him to ensure the Rx was correct. In today's medical field, we often feel rushed and exams are impersonal, which was certainly not the case with Dr. Mike. My husband and I give him 5 stars!!“
