“2+ year we were dealing with a frozen drain line for our water softener. Spent so much money with various companies. Trailblazers came out last fall and redid it all again; tweaking a couple things that after the fact should have been obvious. Not to jinx but we have FINALY had no issues this winter with the extended cold. HIGHLY recommend. Only plumber we will use from now on !“

“okay so i usually don’t write reviews but this guy trey really helped me out. my heater broke and it was like 40 degrees outside. i called and they said someone would come in the morning, he showed up right on time.
he looked at everything, told me what was going on, and fixed it in less than an hour. he was really respectful and not pushy at all. didn’t try to upsell or anything. price was decent and now my house is finally warm again. really appreciate it man. will definitely recommend to my friends.“

“Royal Plumbing recently installed two new water heaters for me. One was leaking badly. It was a dual tank system and Danny immediately fixed it so we had a working water heater available in the interim. Two days later they installed a new dual water heater system. The plumbers, Danny and Larry were outstanding, they were nice people who worked hard and did a great job. The day after the install, my HVAC company was doing an annual system check-up and commented on what a professional job they did on the installation. “I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price.Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.“
