We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Royal Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone and the two gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly, kind, and professional. Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak, which initially seemed like a simple enough job for a do-it-yourself-er, until I got under the sink and noticed all the under-cabinet piping/drainage was fully corroded and needed to be replaced. The housing of the kitchen faucet was so corroded from 20+ years of Lemont water; I couldn’t get it off the sink. We asked them to install the replacement faucet and disposal since they were on-site. My guys were fantastic! This was my first time using the company and had a great experience. They took the time to explain the issue and show me how they were going to fix it.
