Called Rossi Plumbing this morning leaving a message explaining our hot water heater died late yesterday afternoon. Anthony Rossi called me back in about 15 minutes, quoted a very fair and reasonable price, and made time in today's work schedule to get our hot water service restored.I've met quite a few plumbers while working for 25 years in public works. Today as a customer, I want to share with you that the guys from Rossi Plumbing in Lemont exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, quickly sized up the job, got right to work, were done in a couple hours, cleaned up after themselves...and even hauled away the old water heater. Anthony and Jack came to our house and replaced our hot water heater with little to no notice... the same day our hot water heater went out on us. They were responsive, professional, extremely fair priced and professional. Highly recommended!
