Keith W. was assigned to install our new water heater. We met with him and Tom the week before to explain our options and what would be done. We were impressed with the time they took to answer our questions, and both were very friendly. Everything went smoothly when the job was done the next week, which worked with our schedule. We are very happy with how the whole thing went from start to finish!
Jon was the plumber assigned to me and my home 7/1/2025 for toilet repairs and value replacements. All I can say is he was very professional, fast and friendly; we were the last job on his docket for the day, but he performed as if it was the first. Job was done well and finished faster than I expected (< two hours).
Brian was completely professional from the minute he arrived(on time) until he completed the work on my kitchen sink. He explained in detail every issue involved with the work being done and time frames for obtaining and the install of a new faucet. Expertplumbing is a company I will continue to use in the future.
