I'd recommend Pure Plumbing, Ken, specifically, for anyone who needs indoor plumbing service. Ken came to my house to replace two 20-year old Bradford White water heaters. He's a great gentleman, very pleasant, professional, and attention to details. When he finished the two new units and filled and started the water heaters, he was suspecting minor water leak from old water lines and watched for a while and we didn't see any. But Ken still decided to re-pipe that portion and went back to pick up his tools again and drained the heaters to re-pipe. I'm deeply impressed with his quality of work, cleaniness of the work area, and patience. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Ken asked for a photo of the area, and new faucet he would put in. We needed the water off. I live in a condo. When they came to turn the water off in the basement, Ken installed and fixed everything and the water was back on almost 5 minutes later. He casually went into the 2nd bathroom and asked me why the hot water wasn't working. Again it was fixed in 5 minutes. He was kind, pleasant and didn't leave a mess. I will call him again if I need a plumber!
Pure Plumbing has attentively addressed plumbing challenges at at least three of my residences. fixing everything from freezing pipes in a historical landmark residence on Julian street to creatively solving some wall space issues after a contractor failed to account for the space need to open a built in refrigerator door. If Archimedes' were alive today he would be a student of Ken's at Pure Plumbing.
