It would have been nice to just have been informed of that. He also gave a one year warranty which is cool. This is my first time having to use a plumber, so I assume $550 is an average price to have an outside main drain rodded out from an apartment building.”

I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure.Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done.If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.”
