The generator had power but it failed during the power outage July 4th. Getting undervoltage error message. I don't understand how this system had never worked since I've had it. I definitely have not gotten my money's worth with this worthless system.

Bryce was very professional..He arrived on time. He immediately noticed that the installation was done incorrectly by the team that came out before him. He redid how they initially had it set up. He explained everything to me. Before he left he demonstrated how the generac works. He was very professional and friendly.
