I want to start with Dr. Bill Brand. I had tried contact lenses decades ago and gave up because I could never find a pair that fit right. When he suggested I try again, I was skeptical, but he found a new brand and gave me samples to test. I struggled to get them in at first, so I brought a mirror he taught me himself. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was patient with me despite my long fingernails. He showed me how to clean my hands properly, which solutions to buy, and why each step mattered. He also let me test a few different lens strengths until we found the right fit for my eyes.
Dr. Jason Brand handled getting the contacts ordered for me, and his assistant Michelle made the whole process smooth. She checked stock, was transparent about cost, gave me a timeline, and kept me updated.

Today, I brought in my own frame for new lenses, and Roy noticed the old glasses I was wearing. “I had never been here before. But I needed an appointment ASAP after my kitten scratched my eye accidentally. My phone call was answered on the first ring and they were able to see me immediately. (Not something I expected they’d be able to do!) The front desk, pretester, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. My prescription was sent in and filled before I had even left the building. They were great with the small kids that were there at the same time as me, too. I would highly recommend!“
