I have been patronizing Global Optical since they opened about 20 years ago. I’m a huge fan of the business and visit this place when necessity dictates. I live in Chicago, but continue to make make appointments and drive 25 miles to Global Optical because Carol, the owner, treats all her customers as friends, remembers our names each and every time, never oversells, good prices and they have a large inventory of frames and lenses for a small local shop. I have been going to Global Optical for several years and have always had an awesome experience! Everyone is kind, compassionate and helpful with whatever you need! Plus I love their styles and color choices of glasses and sunglasses!

Global Optical has a great staff and a great selection of eye glasses. Carol, the owner of the store, is hand-on and very detailed oriented to make sure that the clients get the best products and services.I am personally very pleased with her service and products, and I won't hesitate to recommend other people to visit her store in Hoffman Estates or Chicago.To me and my family, she is the best that we have worked with so far.
