Not always on time. Many forms can be done before 1st visits be prepared with your insurance and ID. Make sure you allow at least and hour at minimum and you may leave with dilated pupils and want someone to be with you. Write questions down and if the Dr. is running late you can always leave a message with the nurse or ask them to forward your visit finding to your GP. They have a patient portal which helps a little about getting to see the wide spectrum of procedures they cover and who does what.

My first visit to Northwest Eye and I was extremely impressed with all areas of the practice. I was greeted warmly and was treated professionally by everyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of eye care

The staff and Dr's are really helpful and gentle and very understanding. I have been going to Dr Prickett for several years and would highly recommend him and the Northwest Eye Physicians!!!

Northwest Eye Physicians is proud to serve the Arlington Heights are and surrunding suburbs. We are one of the oldest practices in the region and strive to keep up with our technology and customer service. We try to customize treatment to each patient and their particular needs. We are concerned about our patients before, during, and after treatment. Our office-based cataract surgery suite is an amazing addiiton to our practice and makes the surgical process much more comfortable and safe.
