I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH COLLEEN AND THE WAY SHE EXPLAINED THE EYE MACHINES PROCESS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DR MASOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! SHE WAS SUPER NICE AND SUPER SWEET!!!! I WAS VERY HAPPY GETTING MY EYES CHECKED WITH HER FOR MY 2 YEAR ANNUAL EXAM! ALL I HAVE TO DO NOW IS GET MY PERSCRPTION FILLED AT THIS VERY NICE PLACE!!! I WILL BE BACK EVERY 2 YEARS!!!! I had a very uneasy experience at the store. I always go to Appleton because it takes my insurance well I went in to buy some will needed glasses a month ago and it took me a month to get my glasses the lady in the store totally confused me when buying glasses although the whole situation was straightened out by Connie their district manager for this I continue to let vision work take care of my eyes
