“I recently set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning, but somehow completely forgot what time the appointment was for (single parent life, am I right). Even after sending the confirmation text that my appointment was for *11:30* in the morning, I planned my whole day around being there at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was only after the assistant/receptionist couldn’t find my appointment that I looked back at the confirmation and realized my mistake. No worries, he said, and he got me seated and started right away. Both he and the doctor were so incredibly gracious and understanding, getting me taken care of and not forcing me to juggle future days to be able to be seen. I’m just so grateful for this“

“Don’t let the fact that the office is hidden in a Walmart fool you - Dr. Kapoor is cutting edge and amazing! She has most advanced treatments and clearly informed me of all options for all of my family. From overnight contacts for my middle schoolers to stop their vision from progressing any worse to my college daughters dry eye treatment that helped to Lipiflow for my MGD which I could only find else where at Eye Institute’s Dr. Kapoor is on it! “I have worn glasses for most of my life and have never met any other optician like Aixa. First of all, she actually helps you pick frames, which in itself is unique. For all other stores I have been to, the optician doesn't get involved until you have picked frames. She has a good eye for what frames stylistically looks good on your face, yet also knows what frames are going to physically fit. If Aixa helps you pick frames, you won't have fit problems like glasses that slip off your face. Additionally she is the best I know at adjusting and knows more about lenses than anyone else I have met. We had the option to buy frames from her and get lenses elsewhere. Yet I wanted to order the lenses from her as well because I knew she would recommend the best coatings for my situation. The price they charge really is worth it for their high level of individualized service, expertise, and getting a good quality product for something that you will be wearing every day for at least the next 2 years. Where else can you get this level of service and expertise? So far I have not found a comparable store.“

“Where to start?! If you want an excellent place to go to for your eye care, this is the place to be!

Let's start with Sim...what an exceptional human being she is...she is professional, kind and caring and goes above and beyond her job for her patients! I always have an great experience with her. They always get me in when I need to get in. A couple of times, I had eye infections, yep, no problem Sim got me in asap, and Dr. Teng gave me meds (when Urgent Care didn't) to clear it up quickly.

And Dr. Tseng...she is a wonderful, kind and caring Dr. She takes time to listen to your needs (I never feel rushed) and is highly skilled at her craft.

I also met David this past week and what a nice and professional man he is.

“I had glasses made here seven months ago. They are very durable and have held up very well. Titanium frames that aren't getting bent, the lenses are not scratching, and the progressive is truly invisible and works with a very natural feeling. They look pretty cool, too. I had not worn round frames for decades, but this particular frame called to me. Overall very happy with the exam and the glasses.“
