Dr. Andrew Kohn took the time to explain every part of the eye exam and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They have a great selection of frames. It’s hard to find an eye clinic that combines great medical care with excellent customer service, but they absolutely do. Highly recommend!”
“I bought a pair of glasses with Big City Optical in Wilmette 3 years ago. Today at during the late afternoon a lense fell out from the frame. Looking at the frame I realized a screw was missing.
I took the glasses in at 4:35 to their Wilmette store and Stella immediately took the glasses a repaired them over the last 20 minutes.
Clearly, I was expecting because it was so late in the day to wait until Monday for the repair. But no, she took the time and fixed immediately.
I also mentioned I needed to purchase some additional lense cleaner. She gave me another bottle for free.
I've made several purchases there including sunglasses and another pair corrective lenses and associated frames.
When you find a business that is customer focus as Big City Optical in Wilmette is, there is no reason to change retailers.
I will buy my next pair of glasses there and recommend you do the same.”
