I highly recommend Mr. Todd! My 2 year old son has been seeing Mr. Todd for a year now and he’s always excited to see Mr. Todd. He’s personable and does a great job cutting and styling his hair! He loves the cool cars to sit in and steer while he gets his hair cut. His salon is clean and beautifully decorated. We will be seeing Mr. Todd regularly and recommend you do too!

Wonderful wonderful experience! I am also a reader that specializes in animals and when I say OMG, I mean it! Mary Lou had me cracking up, tearing up, feeling glowy in the heart, it was amazing. She knew such specific things about me that my spirit team were telling her that I was like “Why don’t you just give her my address then?!” She knew that I am a closet herbalist, and my dream is to have an apothecary/herb store. I gave zero clues about this and this info is nowhere on my social media. The minute I brought up someone in my life, she had their personalities SPOT ON. She also seamlessly connected to my grandmother on the other side, confirmed exactly what I had been suspecting about my daughter being my great grandmother reincarnated (I didn’t tell her this either). It was just amazing and she is someone I will definitely trust moving forward! Absolute miracle workers tbh. Lena in particular is my hero for her ability to tackle my extremely long, extremely thick hair in record time. For context, I'm someone who has had salon workers who've never worked with me before take up to 2 hours on my hair; the stylist I've worked with the most could do my hair in an hour. And then there's Lena: her first time giving my hair a blow-out, it took her about 45 minutes with a bit of back-up. This most recent visit, though? 30 minutes, all on her own. Is she a wizard?? If you're like me and both (1) on a budget and (2) looking for someone who can handle a whole lot of hair, I definitely recommend the Highland Park location! If you likewise have really for real a ton of hair, I'd suggest calling ahead rather than booking online to ensure that they'll have enough time for you, especially on short notice. (Normally every appointment slot is just 30 minutes, but if you communicate with them over the phone you can work out a longer slot.) Or else you could just book with Lena directly, since apparently she's magic! As for BloOuts as a whole: pretty standard blow-dry bar, if you've been to one before. Small but classy space with a bright, airy feel. Not as chi-chi as Dry Bar, which I think is probably the most well known of this type of salon. It feels a bit less luxurious as a result, but the results are just as good and the vibe is more personal.

Teshanna came to my home to help do my hair and makeup for a newborn photoshoot I had later that day. She was accommodating by working with my schedule by arriving very early in the morning. She came very well prepared, more than I expected and did a fabulous job as a result of her skills. Along with her supplies (suitcases of hair supplies and makeup) she brought her own makeup chair and ring light. She took a minimum time to set up everything and it was like she brought a whole studio to me. She’s personal, prompt and professional. The nail technicians here are incredibly professional. My nails/polish never end up breaking or chipping after I stop by. The kind of manicure that makes you want to put on your favorite rings just to show it off. They also go above and beyond to take care of my grandma when she comes in for mani/pedis. I had an incredible experience with Yana! I’ve been trying to achieve the perfect hair color for years, and Yana is the first person to finally get it right. She listened intently to exactly what I was looking for and managed to cancel out all the unwanted orange and yellow tones perfectly. Don't think I've ever been so impressed with a plumber. Upon first contact Konstantin was here in 20 min. and had me a quote within the hour. I called to confirm the work and he came out and got it done in about an hour. The price was 1/3 that of other quotes and the work was high quality. For context, I grew up in a family of plumbers so I know what good looks like. This plumber is a diamond in the rough - he will be my first call for any future work! Call these guys first for your next plumbing issue.
Called due to 2nd floor toilet leaking and water going into our business on first floor. Josh came out within the hour and figured out the reason was due to tenant using “flushable wipes” and they were blocking the pipe causing a back pressure issue…. We now have it written that tenants can only use TP nothing else or they will be responsible for all damages incurred. He was professional and proficient and got the water to stop flooding the first floor pretty quickly

I will list the reason why I would hire *** and his team for any home construction project.1. *** lives in our community and has been building here for well over twenty years. He is well regarded by his competitors.2. He was straightforward with managing customer expectations. He was timely and responsive, brought every member of the trade onsite to ensure they gave accurate estimates for the work.3. He properly priced the entire project. In the construction industry, often time issues are left out of bids in order to secure the work. Contractors will inevitably include change orders as a way of re-capturing costs that were not addressed. The other contractors I solicited bids from did this, and it was clear that the bids were not "apples to apples". *** captured every line item in the process from start to finish and it was refreshing to be presented with an accurate, comprehensive proposal. 4. *** uses proper project management software and shares the process, timelines and cost estimates directly with the client via a web portal. This is the sign of a competent builder. Too many renovation or new construction projects wind up disappointing the client due to a failure to meet deadlines. I had no doubt that our construction would have been carefully tracked and any delays (which are common in construction scheduling) incorporated into the process.Anecdotally, *** built two of our friend's houses and they are extremely happy with his work.

Working with Joel and Unique Deck Builders has been one of the best construction project experiences we're ever experienced. We had to have our deck torn apart and removed to fix a bad roof on a small condo building in Chicago. Joel removed the existing deck and salvaged as much of the materials (mostly outdoor kitchen equipment) as possible, and then entirely rebuilt our rooftop with new Deckorators composite decking and the salvaged items. The finished product is beautiful and much better than what it was before, which had been done by a different rooftop builder originally. All of Joel's team was great to work with! They were all pleasant, fun, interactive, and willing to modify what they were doing to meet both our expectations and their own of themselves. Lastly, Joel himself has been fabulous to work with. He made many stops here before we started to make sure he had a good grasp of what was wanted/needed, and then periodically along the way as the project progressed. I feel that he not only was a contractor, but that we became friends along the way as well.

The service there is fantastic, i have canceled and rescheduled my appointment three times due to personal emergency reasons but they are still patience to me and treat me nicely. Dr Weinberg is so good at what he is doing and he is also trying to help me saving money but also provide the best treatment in town. Definitely recommended this place
Last year my Chicago dentist of 15 years retired, so I had to google for new one. Meantime we moved to Arlington Heights. I'm glad that I found Dr. Piotrowski! First thing he said to me is that his # 1 priority is my health and to save my teeth. Gradually he had to remove few old bridges and crowns. Inspect under and do necessary work. He did excellent job, because my mouth was a mess. Not an easy task for doctor. My bridges and crowns were at least 10 years old. Last summer he did right side, and everything is holding good! I'm going back for the left side this spring. Monica at front desk is very helpful with any insurance issues. Angie did the best deep cleaning ever! Carmen - exceptional help! State of Art new equipment, instruments, mouth scanners! TV monitors with live TV on the wall in front of each chairs in each stations. I mean everything - 5 stars!!Thank you!

Dr.James is super professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about long-term results, not just quick fixes. Highly recommend James to anyone dealing with tightness, pain, or wanting to move better overall. And not to mention, a complete genuine down to earth human.
Dr. Brad is amazing! I started going to him when my neck started bothering me from a prior car accident injury. He saw me consistently until the pain was gone! I have my entire family now seeing him and they all are still going to him. He is absolutely the best and his bedside manner is off the charts! Makes you feel like family. Five stars doesn’t do him justice!
I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Delli Venneri was with my fear reactive girl Stormy. She was so patient and gave Stormy the chance to show her what a good girl she is. The receptionist was also so kind and understanding. All of our concerns about Stormy were listened to and everyone's kindness and professionalism was outstanding. We are grateful to have made the switch from our previous vet to Highland Park Veterinary Clinic!
Meghan and Nicole are the best groomers!!! We take our brother/sister mini poodles every 4 weeks. Meghan and Nicole are gentle and make sure Mookie and Annabelle are comfortable by displaying a calm energy and gentle hand. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a positive outcome to what can be a stressful experience for your fur baby!
I'm super happy with my dogs grooming and excellent service. I have 2 corgis that I generally maintain,wash, trim, nails, brush teeth, etc.. but when I'm done with them, they look & smell nothing like when I picked them from this business. The work of a professional is always way better when professionally done by someone who knows what they are doing. I will happilly return, and recommend. Great work, good customer service, and turnaround.

Furology is an amazing groomer. They took amazing care of my pup Doodle. I looked for years for a groomer that would treat him like the special pup he was. As he aged and became more fragile (yet still a happy pup), they took special care of him, extra gentle and Doodle always looked forward to his grooming. If you want that extra special care of your pup, groomers who treat your pup the way you would, Furology is the place. I could not say enough about what a special service they provide.

The manager at Aloha Nui Spa is the latter. The level of expertise, the precision of the technique, and the attention to exactly where the tension was hiding — it was clear this wasn’t just a massage, it was therapeutic work done by someone who truly masters their craft.
The space is calm, clean, and welcoming. They’re open 7 days a week which makes it easy to fit into any schedule.

Deborah is a wonderful masseuse. She is professional, excellent at her craft, but also exceptionally caring about her clients. She took care of me during a difficult pregnancy, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is also very reasonably priced. I will be recommending her to others.

2 years ago I started having issues with (trigger finger) on my left hand.. I visited a hand specialist who recommended a cortisone shot … it worked …. For about a month.. tried another 2 visits and each cortisone shot gave me some relief for about a month … meanwhile the condition was getting worse in my left hand and my right hand was getting just as bad..The doc said the next step would involve cutting some tendons in my hand..ok I didnt go to medical school but in my mind I felt it was time to look at other options…that’s when my brother suggested I try acupuncture…Best advice I ever got!! Dr Amy Thong Zhang is amazing ..after 50 years working as a outside tech for AT&T my hands are no longer aching … I can lay my palm flat on a hard service without any pain it’s wonderful !!!And to put anyone’s mind at ease about the procedure itself … I usually fall asleep and Dr Amy wakes me up when it’s done!!
Oh my! I am so lucky to have found Rena! Let's clarify. I am newer to her practice BUT what I have experienced so far has been wonderful. I decided to check out more about acupuncture after hearing benefits from more and more professional athletes. I am looking for help with multiple symptoms. After looking at more current research, reviews on Yelp, and North Shore Chinese Medicine, I decided to give it a try. Rena was the utmost professional. Quick response through email. Thorough steps explained of what to do. Welcoming and a wonderful bed side manner. I was able to get into her for my first appointment within a week of contacting her. Her office is lovely. Spacious. Private. Homey. There is parking right out front-street. The price was reasonable. I can't wait to go back again! What a wonderful alternative or compliment to modern medicine.
