“Edgebrook Vision Center is the best. The staff are timely, responsive, and kind. The doctor is incredible thorough. She helped me try a variety of contact lenses to adjust to a new need. She was very patient (this process took several months). She researched and found options for my high index prescription (+10.5 in contacts and +12 in glasses) until we found a good fit. My son and husband also go here. Great place.“

“I love this eye care office.The important stuff: The front desk staff and techs are friendly and thorough. I have never had someone explain the glasses cost breakdown in such a smart and clear way before. They simplified it so I understood my options ~ and there are loads of options and styles.Dr. Drewniak is fantastic. She listens and provides excellent care.The less Important stuff: this office is so cool! The coffee bar is top notch and the waiting room is comfy. The mural is the most interesting piece of art I have encountered in a medical setting.This was a great eye exam experience - from booking to glasses pick-up.Parking is easy. There are a few free parking options a block west on Lawrence and inexpensive metered parking options everywhere.“

I came in with some questions about a friend who desperately needed eyeglasses but was very constrained budget-wise. Tammy told me to send them in, and she made sure to find frames within the budget that still looked amazing. Sometimes we might think a north shore store would only carry the most expensive brands, but there is an amazing range at New Vision, and you can find something great even on a tight budget. And both Tammy and Pat will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. I will never go anywhere else. Both my son and I are very myopic, so we will be buying all our future glasses at New Vision from now on! There is a reason their clients are so loyal.“

Dr. Frohm gave me a thorough exam using sophisticated (I think) equipment, and clearly explained what the exam said, and what my options were. Then, Shala took me through all the frames. I trust them, and would recommend them to my friends.“

“I mentioned my designer sunglasses in my review 2 months ago--I brought them in and asked Brian if he could tighten them up for me because I love them so much. He said sure! When he was doing that, I said "I don't even remember where I got those!" He said "From me!" He looked back in his records and has such meticulous notes that he then was actually able to order my newest prescription for that exact size so I can mail in my sunglasses from Milwaukee, where I'm now working and pick them up at my convenience. and have him install the lenses in my decade-old frames. I don't care if they're older--They're timeless and I look like Jackie-O in them. I think. Anyway, with that we took my gorgeous new tiger frames that were going to be sunglasses and are making new every-day frames for me since my golden retriever sat on my last ones. I love Brian's service at Doyle Opticians of Deerfield. The North Shore is full of very discriminating buyers and I came back all the way from my new home in Oregon to torture Brian with my pickiness. He was just happy to see me!When I get current license plates I'm coming back, Brian!“

“My optometrist that I've been going to for many years left my insurance Network. I tried another one but was unhappy with the results, the glasses they made for me had to be redone twice and even then I had to swap back to my old glasses for everything except using my computer. I tried coming to professional eye Care based on reviews and I was very happy I did. Dr Costello provides great personal care and help me go through a few adjustments to my frames until things were right. Now I only need one pair of glasses for reading, computer work, driving, etc. They carried the exact brand and style of frames I wanted as well. The office was very responsive and it's easy to schedule an appointment“
