“Highly recommend! Easy to book appointments online, the consistent reminders for the appointment are very helpful, and easily accessible by cta/they have parking. The checkin staff was very kind and the assistant doing my eye photos was very knowledgeable and kind. I did have to wait a bit for Dr. Gutierrez but it was worth the wait. She’s an amazing doctor. She gave me a very comprehensive exam, gave me some tips for not straining my eyes, and went through my eye photos with me to understand what they were looking at. And she’s very kind and patient. Very educational. Checkout process was easy and their glasses selection is awesome. Would definitely come back next year.“

“This has been my & my wife’s ‘Go to place’ for eye care for over 30 years. Never experienced any thing except highest quality of care from the doctors we saw during those years. Honestly the office staff has performed their respective tasks efficiently and effectively in our experience. Last comment addressing the negative reviews. Quality draws patients, making for tight schedules so they can service their patients (you and me). One time ‘clerical’ issues should not define your overall review. I would offer a better coarse would be to have mentioned it to your doctor during your visit. My suspicion is that your issue would have been resolved and you would be a current patient, Happy with your choice for Eye Care.“
