“I recently set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning, but somehow completely forgot what time the appointment was for (single parent life, am I right). Even after sending the confirmation text that my appointment was for *11:30* in the morning, I planned my whole day around being there at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was only after the assistant/receptionist couldn’t find my appointment that I looked back at the confirmation and realized my mistake. No worries, he said, and he got me seated and started right away. Both he and the doctor were so incredibly gracious and understanding, getting me taken care of and not forcing me to juggle future days to be able to be seen. I’m just so grateful for this“

“This has been my & my wife’s ‘Go to place’ for eye care for over 30 years. Never experienced any thing except highest quality of care from the doctors we saw during those years. Honestly the office staff has performed their respective tasks efficiently and effectively in our experience. Last comment addressing the negative reviews. Quality draws patients, making for tight schedules so they can service their patients (you and me). One time ‘clerical’ issues should not define your overall review. I would offer a better coarse would be to have mentioned it to your doctor during your visit. My suspicion is that your issue would have been resolved and you would be a current patient, Happy with your choice for Eye Care.“

“Don’t let the fact that the office is hidden in a Walmart fool you - Dr. Kapoor is cutting edge and amazing! She has most advanced treatments and clearly informed me of all options for all of my family. From overnight contacts for my middle schoolers to stop their vision from progressing any worse to my college daughters dry eye treatment that helped to Lipiflow for my MGD which I could only find else where at Eye Institute’s Dr. Kapoor is on it! I want to start with Dr. Bill Brand. I had tried contact lenses decades ago and gave up because I could never find a pair that fit right. When he suggested I try again, I was skeptical, but he found a new brand and gave me samples to test. I struggled to get them in at first, so I brought a mirror he taught me himself. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he was patient with me despite my long fingernails. He showed me how to clean my hands properly, which solutions to buy, and why each step mattered. He also let me test a few different lens strengths until we found the right fit for my eyes.
Dr. Jason Brand handled getting the contacts ordered for me, and his assistant Michelle made the whole process smooth. She checked stock, was transparent about cost, gave me a timeline, and kept me updated.
