Great experience. The service was great, doctor’s appointment was easy, the new contact lenses are stellar. The contact lens company gave me a headache shipping my stuff, but Bina held my hand throughout the headache and I got my stuff and rebate. I’ll be a repeat customer moving forward.
I had a great experience at Big City Optical! The appointment process was easy, professional, and very thorough. Mary was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me order the exact frames I wanted. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Dr A. Malishkevich OD was extremely efficient, communicative and professional, as was the sales assistant Rabiau!
I am very pleased with the service I received now for my second straight year.
