Back after many many yrs (see my last review) and it's still wonderful! Decided last minute to get my hair done for an event and they had openings. Wheelchair accessible except the hair washing bowl. I can transfer so it was fine but if you can't, may need to ask what to do with your hair before coming in. The chairs move but again I can transfer aI was in the chair. I did let them know when I called that I had long (almost to my waist), thick curly hair and they said they work w/my type all the time. Val did an amazing job! I've never had my hair look so wispy! We had a great experience here! My daughter has very curly hair and she wanted it straight for her upcoming event. I have never seen her hair so smooth and straight! Everyone there was so professional and friendly for us as new clients, and also seemed to have a regular clientele who they would catch up with. I highly recommend this salon at the heart of highland park.
