We love our groomer, and our doggie does, too (he calls her Auntie Rachel 🐕). The whole staff is fabulous and would trust any of them to take care of our pupster. I give them 10 out of 10 waggy tails.
Linda is fantastic! Our rescue sheepadoodle has a high maintenance coat, but was was very scared of the blow dryer as a puppy (even having some nervous poos during initial baths, eek!), and Linda has been incredibly understanding and patient in facilitating positive grooming experiences! We know we can trust Linda to give our pup time to decompress and be comfortable at the groomers and we've seen her improve so much over time! Even with her nerves, our pup is always SO excited to see Linda and has such a positive association with the people at Furry Finesse. We're so grateful to have found them! <3
Two paws up for Furry Finesse from our fuzzy friends. They like the hot oil treatments and special attention and come home looking great, smelling great, and sooooooo soft (no knots or tangles)! A barking good time!
