Furry Finesse are the fairly new owners of this dog grooming service, located at the same retail location as prior owners. Their work is consistent; our dog looks wonderful after he is groomed. He has a heavy coat and we need to maintain his "look," on a frequent basis. One of the best features we like about their service is their timing practices. When we drop off our dog (with a scheduled appointment), we know that he is not going to be lined up with other dogs and have to wait in a cage for a long time. Very professional, friendly, great job on grooming and cleanliness. I can't say enough about the staff and their care for our dogs. I've been taking my dogs to them even before their establishment in Ravinia opened. That says a lot! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They are simply the best! Trust me ;)

Thank you Furry Finesse for making time for our golden after he got skunked. I can't thank you enough for the time and attention you gave to our dog. He was so in love with his groomer that he gave her kisses as we were saying goodbye. They bathed him three times and the skunk smell has lessened. Thank you!
