They provide a truly excellent experience, handling projects from ground-up construction and fire restoration to commercial buildouts, high-rise condominium rehabs, and design/build work, including restaurants, stores, and medical centers. Clients consistently praise the company for being extremely responsive, reliable, and easy to speak with. The team works as if it were their own home, making noticeable progress each day. A key difference is that Twenty9 primarily uses its own skilled laborers on salary, minimizing subcontractors. This ensures consistent, high-quality work without delays from outside trades. They also have a real office with dedicated staff, making it efficient to ask questions, get updates, or handle payments. The process is described as pleasant, seamless, and painless, with teams that are patient, informative, and empathetic. They cooperate well with building policies and clean up after themselves. Many note the valuable support from their in-house design and selection assistance. Sean (the owner) came to the property before I purchased it and gave me an estimate, and more importantly, the confidence to take on this neglected 1930s Sears catalog home. One local renovator declined the project and another told me that “for the same money, he would tear it down.”
