Each of the ten therapy hours were well spent because the sessions were one-on-one and the therapist paid close attention to technique, making sure I was doing each exercise correctly. I learned a number of strength exercises that are not complicated that I can take to the gym on my own, and I learned correct technique for some tasks of daily life, such as getting up from sitting, and doing stairs.“
