Sean (the owner) came to the property before I purchased it and gave me an estimate, and more importantly, the confidence to take on this neglected 1930s Sears catalog home. One local renovator declined the project and another told me that “for the same money, he would tear it down.”
Sean and team started my home renovation the day after I closed and worked almost every day until it was done. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their management and skilled team. The basement was waterproofed by PermaSeal. The electric service was moved and updated, the water service updated, and kitchen and bathrooms remodeled. But the real magic was that the old house/ musty/ cigarette/ cat smell was remedied.
