Last year my Chicago dentist of 15 years retired, so I had to google for new one. Meantime we moved to Arlington Heights. I'm glad that I found Dr. Piotrowski! First thing he said to me is that his # 1 priority is my health and to save my teeth. Gradually he had to remove few old bridges and crowns. Inspect under and do necessary work. He did excellent job, because my mouth was a mess. Not an easy task for doctor. My bridges and crowns were at least 10 years old. Last summer he did right side, and everything is holding good! Doctor Ted and the entire staff are wonderful! They make sure that they explain what is being done and why. They make you feel like family. Everyone from the front desk to technicians and the Doctor make sure to take great care of you. Recently my temporary crown fell off and two members of the staff waited for me to arrive after hours just to help put it back on. Thank you Carmen and thank you Doctor Ted Piotrowski for all that you do for me!!
The staff including the Doctor are always pleasant and concerned with the patient and doing their best to make sure all goes well. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Everyone there is always willing to answer questions and assist. Thank you!!
