“I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Delli Venneri was with my fear reactive girl Stormy. She was so patient and gave Stormy the chance to show her what a good girl she is. The receptionist was also so kind and understanding. All of our concerns about Stormy were listened to and everyone's kindness and professionalism was outstanding. We are grateful to have made the switch from our previous vet to Highland Park Veterinary Clinic!”
“Very thorough and helpful in helping us make the best decision for our foster-adopt pup! Francee was great, the Dr. was great. We're still figuring out this whole dog thing and they have been more than helpful with us!”
“My kitten needed emergency surgery after an xray at her vet showed she swallowed something metal like a battery. Staff was thorough and clear in communication on next steps, costs, potential complications, permission before handing her to a very skilled surgeon and team. They also were very tuned into her emotional needs as a tiny kitten in the ICU and kept her in a quiet area and well attended. The surgeon Dr. Kienitz and the surgical intern Dr. Sirr were excellent. Her waiting for surgery, just home and one week out.”
