“Absolutely amazing! Customer service was impeccable. Informative and helpful and not pushy at all to make a sale. Brian shared his expertise with us and it was such an easy decision. They also will help with repairs if needed- this is the place to go for vacuums and supplies!”
“I had a very satisfying experience both shopping, with Dina's assistance, and with delivery of my appliances. The delivery and set up was without any issues. The delivery personnel worked seamlessly. I would highly recommend Novak and Parker.”
“I called Park Ridge Appliance Repair yesterday morning looking for repair of my oven that suddenly did not work. Ed was out in the afternoon with a part that fixed the issue. Charged a fair price and quickly took care of the problem. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.”
