“This is our 4th project with Advance Design. Kitchen, master bathroom, and fireplace remodel in former house. Finishing our basement with a full bathroom in the current house. We love how AD tours your house with the main finishers (framers, drywall, electric, plumbing) to get an accurate estimate of costs. Everything is itemized and easy to understand. I love that you can pick out most materials right in the showroom, but they are open to outside materials as well. Quick responses from the designer and/or project manager if questions or concerns. They try to make you happy with the outcome. The Builder Trend app lets you see the proposed schedule, posts photos, and makes progress payments very easy. Every project has its ups and downs, but we are overall pleased with Advance Design and would definitely recommend them.”
