We love how AD tours your house with the main finishers (framers, drywall, electric, plumbing) to get an accurate estimate of costs. Everything is itemized and easy to understand. I love that you can pick out most materials right in the showroom, but they are open to outside materials as well. Quick responses from the designer and/or project manager if questions or concerns. They try to make you happy with the outcome. The Builder Trend app lets you see the proposed schedule, posts photos, and makes progress payments very easy. Every project has its ups and downs, but we are overall pleased with Advance Design and would definitely recommend them.”

“Worked mainly with the owner's son on getting our roof done. He was very friendly and responsive to communication. Same goes for the office staff. They were a pleasure to deal with and helpful navigating things with insurance and mortgage companies. They accommodated my specific requests for the gutters even though they had to specially make some pieces for us. Only thing negative I can say is the length of time it took to complete the work, but that was due to the break on exterior work over the winter months.”

“Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!”
