Called late on a Saturday (4:30pm) with sump pump issues after the "2023 IceStorm" left us without power for 24 hrs. Dave called me back within 10 mins and had me back online quickly within 24 hrs. Super nice guy, explains all your options clearly, makes sure you understand what was done and how to operate it and cleans up afterwards. The very next day we're getting a lot of rain, but I have a peace of mind knowing Dave did it and will stand behind his quality work. The price was very reasonable and the quality of his work impeccable. I've never had "a plumber" to call before when I need professional help, but now I do!
