Our water heater was definitely gping down and out. From the beginning Matt at A&W was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful through the whole process to get that old clanker replaced!! He kept in touch with me the whole time, got me a great deal on an awesome water heater and installed it with ease! He was so friendly, knew what he was doing and would recommend his service to anybody! Thanks again Matt you are awesome and me and my fiance are grateful for our new water heater!!
