They were able to come out quickly when I had a leak from my water heater. Due to the age of the water heater and the issues with it, I decided to replace it. Ron was very informative and professional. Pricing was fair and it was easy to set up a time for installation. We have used Ron in the past for a number of plumbing issues. We recently called Ron about an issue with a toilet and he was nice enough to recommend a specific tool to help us with it — now and in the future— versus coming out and charging us for a service call.
