Some of the staff will listen to your request as to the type of haircut you want. The others will use their style that they think you should have. Therefore, try different barbers and then refuse the ones you do not care for. Sometimes you will wait while a barber or two sits with you. It has happened to me.

Angelina was such a professional and so knowledgeable! I was very impressed with the appearance of the salon SUPER clean and aesthetically pleasing! Once again JCB helped us with a leak from our upstairs bathroom that collapsed our ceiling below. Celeb was quick to find out the issue and was able to show us and fix it. Very professional and affordable. They have come through for us over 6 times when we had major issue.

This is our first year with them and they are a million times better than our lastLawn service. Our lawn was not looking very healthy last year and Epic lawns mowed the lawn a little longer in the spring which made our lawn look like a beautiful turf. Now in the summer they cut a little lower and it is amazing how healthy it looks now just after a few months! It was my first time going to this location, and to be honest, it was good. The staff and the dentist were all chill and great to talk to. The whole environment was really relaxing, and I actually enjoyed my time there.
We take our son here and have had nothing h but good things to say about the doctors and all the help they really care about the health of everyone
The whole process from setting up my first appointment to currently being treated has been very smooth and efficient. The incredible staff is also super friendly.
Dr. Alex took the time to assess the treatment that wasnt continuing to improve the situation and try an alternate treatment. We'll see!
Doctor Mark is Damn Good!!! He took his time to explain how he was going to attact my issue and followed through with the treatment. A Five Star rating is not enough, should be Ten Stars.
Highly recommend giving Evolve in Crystal Lake a try. Dr. Steffen has helped me more than any other dr I've seen with managing my lower back pain. The entire staff is wonderful. Kelly, Tommy, Delaney, and Jodi are incredibly welcoming and friendly every time I walk through the door. Their positive attitude and excellent care make every visit a great experience.
Dr. Young and everyone at Crystal Lake family Wellness office is incredible. I have been going to him for help with my back and my neck. I was having trouble with back and waking up with headaches most mornings. After a few adjustment my headaches went away and my back is much better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Young. He’s great!
I have been experiencing Life Force Chiropractic for many years and it is a wonderful process. It goes beyond the chiropractic experience with Dr. Jen to a whole body understanding. She is providing care for the whole being and explaining how things work in your life and how things could work better. She has knowledge in Massage therapy and actually has a massage therapist that provides Massage therapy for an additional focus on making your body a healthy vehicle. Dr. Jen gets to know you as an individual and what are those specific things that might be causing you additional discomfort and provide solutions that can assist in daily life. I am an older man and she continues to keep me be physically healthy and able to actively do many things physically that a lot of people my age have difficulty with.
Rebecca, Ashley, and Dr Emily have been wonderful to work with, I finally feel like I am healing! I have horrible insurance but they have put in a lot of time to make sure that all of my procedures were covered, even procedures done outside of the clinic. I would highly recommend ACT to anyone who wants to live a better life!
If you never been to a chiropractor or you have and had a bad experience, you need to go to this clinic. I have seen all three of the Doctors here, starting with Dr. Daniel and they are all wonderful. They have corrected years of problems in just a few months for my Husband and I. We feel so much better after our visits! Dr. Daniel, Dr. Tyler, and Dr. Pete are all friendly and will address your concerns with respect and dignity. Everyone here from the front desk to the other staff I have met are so nice and friendly. When I needed an appointment due to an injury, they fit me in with next day (I called late in the day), and started my recovery. Chiropractic care that is administered at this clinic is always with a friendly conversation, and it's the reason I highly recommend them. They are always flexible with payments, and will work with you. A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
Dr McGinn is very intuitive in his practice. I was a scared patient and he changed my life for the better. Always a pleasant and rejuvenating experience! Very fair pricing, especially considering the quality of care. Thank you Dr Mcginn!
Like the last time Dr. Chin was very friendly and Professional. Checking if condition were stable and giving advice how to proceed . I like her a lot.

Update: I’m not going to change the stars on this review because I did have a good experience with the team members at this location. However, I’m 30 years old and this was my first time at the derm. I was unaware how insurance / the billing worked for this type of medical visit. Anytime I’ve gone to any practice they always tell me if I’m covered, any costs upfront and estimates. I’ve learned a big lesson that this visit was not prevention healthcare. Thus, not covered. So now I’m unexpectedly +$2000 in the hole. I probably would’ve waited on my mole removal if I knew this. I’m disappointed that the facility doesn’t take consideration on educating their patients on costs. I take responsibility on not knowing, but it’s still a frustrating situation. I’m not sure if I’ll be back here because these costs seem outrageous. My first mole scrape had labs done, and I thought I was overcharged because I had multiple lab charges for 1 mole. But they tell me it was “difficult” to diagnose so they needed to run more tests. How can you fight that? Haha you can’t. So I’m eating the costs of this visit. I’ll do research for next year to see what other dermatologists costs.
Always a smile when entering the clinic and helpful. On time with appointments and know why you are there. Treatment is efficient and explained why and what is being done. Clinic is clean and comfortable.
have been bringing our rescued pets here for more than 30 years. Rates are reasonable, staff is outstanding. While they can't treat everything, (cancers or fancy ortho issues) they can evaluate and will be straight up with you about your pet situation. Best vet in the area!
Very professional and upfront about all costs before you pay giving you a detailed explanation on why they think certain procedures have to be done and not done. Willing to meet on another occasion if the pet is not up to it this time around. Very friendly and they let you stay with your pet during the whole visit, just amazing people.

They took amazing care of my kitty Luna. Helped diagnose a growth in her mouth and remove it all while keeping me informed and taking the best care of her. Staff is friendly, kind, and professional. The office is clean and well maintained. Absolutely look forward to a lifetime of visit
We drove from Rockford after our Yorkie was attacked by a pitbull, this clinic was the only one willing to take us ,I was very impressed all around with the professional staff,great communication the whole time and I highly recommend

I’ve been seeing Rachel for a little over a year over the course of 2 pregnancies. She’s the best for prenatal and helped me immensely with my horrible sciatic pain during my first pregnancy. 10/10 would recommend her for prenatal massage!
