Roxi is amazing! I had my first brow service with her today. Her space was so cute and clean. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns, as I shared a previously tragic brow and lash experience, after asking questions she assured me I was in good hands. The experience itself was unmatched; so relaxing, yet still fun and welcoming. Roxi was so gentle the entire time I could barely tell when she was shaping my brows. Before making an adjustment, she paused the process, and explained in order to reshape my brows, they would just have to be a bit thinner and asked if I was okay with that.
