We also had an Adjuster who worked directly with our insurance company to get a new roof, gutters, and a new garage door all from hail and storm damage. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He performed a very detailed inspection of our roof, photographed areas of the roof which were of special concern. He presented all of his findings and recommendations to my wife and I and prepared a detailed written roof replacement cost estimate (which was very competitive) for our review. At no time during our meeting with Bryan did we feel pressured to make an immediate decision.
