I’ve been communicating with Eva for quite some time now. I have not had piercings since 2022 when I had to take them out to be a school bus monitor/driver. I finally got to make an appointment with Eva and it was absolutely an amazing excellent and professional experience. She’s very knowledgeable. Has years of experience. The decor is absolutely amazing with all of these Disney hand-drawn pictures that are just everywhere. Plus, all the different tattoo memorabilia. The process was very simple and very easy. And it was an enjoyable experience. If anyone is looking to get piercings or tattoos, this place is 100% above all the rest. Thank you Dark Heart!!!!💜

I am extremely happy with my decision to come here and get pierced. Alaska and Eva made me super comfortable with my nipple piercings! They are extremely kind and super knowledgeable. The place is super cool inside and it's very clean. I will definitely be coming back for future piercings :)

Had my first tattoo done about two weeks ago. Nicolas was great!! Made three different designs for me to choose from. As soon as I walked in, everyone was very welcoming!! Thanks for the great experience! Will be going back for my second tattoo hopefully in the next week.
