She had Mike call me back, he was also very nice and very helpful. Didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need, just gave me and honest assessment of my issue. Once I agreed to the service I had a tech on my roof in a day. I believe his name was Chris. I didn't get to meet him because I was working, but I could hear him on the roof.
