I had a massage with Kayla today at Harmony Falls and I can’t recommend this spa enough. I have really deep knots that never seem to come out, but she was actually able to work through them and give me real relief. I loved her techniques, she truly gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I even travel all the way from Chicago just to come here, and it’s always worth it!

This review is positive 5 star for Nick, but a 1 star for Kaitlyn.
The first time I came to Hand and Stone, Nick was incredible. He listened to my issues and made me feel relaxed while applying the deep tissue pressure I needed. Unfortunately, when I went in this past Wednesday, on appointment I scheduleded the day before, I was heavily disappointed. I believe her name is Kaitlyn, I felt unheard, uncomfortable and rushed. I've had many massages in my life, and I do not post reviews unless I'm really happy with the service or really upset. Simply put, I would never recommend going to her even as a last resort, as I'm sure she'll see this, please be kind to your future...read full review

I had an amazing facial with Cait. She genuinely cared about my skin concerns, explained everything, and never made me feel rushed. My skin feels refreshed and glowing — highly recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
