I can’t remember the doctor‘s name when I visited today. She was very compassionate and very thorough. I screwed up. I waited longer than I should have because I did not have the money to care for my dog at a time. My life was very limited. I had recently injured my back and was out of work and did not have a lot of money. My pitbull and American bulldog mix has swallowed something which caused a lot of complicating issues. When I finally receive the funds to care for my dog. I was too late. My bad 100% and I’m sure the creator will have some questions for me on my final days. The Doctor and staff. I had to bring my kitten to this emergency vet yesterday, and I’m incredibly grateful for how well I was treated. I called while I was driving there and was understandably frantic and worried, but the staff was incredibly calm, reassuring, and compassionate from the very beginning.

When I arrived, they took my concerns seriously and treated the situation with urgency. After evaluating my kitten, they determined that there was fortunately no true emergency, but I never felt dismissed or like I was overreacting. I truly felt heard, seen, and cared for throughout the entire experience.

Never been here before. They were so Friendly, and even though they were crazy busy, they managed to take time to wrap up my puppy's paw after she lost a nail. I was in and out in 15 min. Only saw a technician, not a Dr but I was extremely pleased with the wonderful service I got.
