I came to Rachel in desperate need of some relief during the beginning of my second trimester with my first baby. Before getting prenatal massages, I was extremely tired and struggling with immense back pain. Regular massages with Rachel (every two weeks) have helped me feel more mobile and energized to keep moving during my pregnancy. It’s also helped with my chronic migraines since a lot of my stress is concentrated in my upper back and neck. Getting prenatal massages regularly is one of the very best things I’ve done during my pregnancy, I swear by it now. I've been seeing Rachel for a few years now and she always gives me a fantastic massage! She asks each time if anything has changed and how I'm doing/feeling and really focuses on the parts of my body that give me trouble. You can tell she caters to each person's individual needs and wants and that is something that really separates her from most massage therapists
